Damian at Cottingham
Damian began his career as a History Teacher, later becoming an Associate Assistant Headteacher and Duke of Edinburgh Award Manager at Cottingham. Beyond the classroom, Damian acts as a Lead Teacher for Camps International expeditions, supporting both Cottingham and other schools within the Trust to provide life-changing global opportunities for students.
Iris at Penshurst
Iris began her career as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant at Penshurst, teaching MFL to all learners from FS2 to Year 6. Alongside her teaching, Iris became Penshurst's Sustainability Lead and runs an Eco Club and Gardening Club for learners to complete the schools' Eco School Award.
Mike at Holderness
Mike began his career as an Art Technician at Holderness and has had various roles within the school, including working in the Learning Support department as an ERP Manager. Mike now teaches Computer Science and ARRK lessons along with supporting the overall management of the Learning Support department.
Stephen at Wolfreton
Stephen began his career as an Art Technician at Wolfreton, later progressing to teaching as an Instructor. He continued his training through an assessment-only route, gaining Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by meeting the teacher standards through assessments, such as lesson observations and a portfolio of evidence.
Ryan at Howden
Ryan began his career as a Cover Supervisor at Howden, whilst completing his degree at The Open University. He went on to complete his teacher training, teaching English, PE and Media Studies. Ryan has progressed his career, taking on the role of House Leader, Subject Leader for PSHE and an associate member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Amanda at Shared Services
Amanda began her career in HR 25 years ago, working in both private and public sector organisations. Following a number of years working at Cottingham High School she moved to Shared Services as Head of HR, before progressing to her current role of Director of People Services for the Trust.
